The Parish of Our lady and St. Helen forms part of the Archdiocese of Glasgow and is not a separate legal entity. As such therefore it is not a data controller in its own right. The data controllers are the Trustees of the Archdiocese and there is one privacy statement applicable to the whole of the Archdiocese. This is available here.
